My name is Mark Starling and I am a Video Production Specialist with 15 years of experience, which includes: news, sports, commercial production, corporate video, and most recently, docu-reality.Since graduating from the University of North Texas with a degree in Radio, Television and Film and minor in Photography, I have spent the last 11 years working professionally as a video producer, videographer, editor and graphic designer. During this time, I have gained the knowledge and experience necessary to tackle any video production with great confidence. I am adept at all phases of video production, from meeting with clients in order to understand their needs, to conceptualizing a project, to storyboarding, budgeting, casting, directing, shooting, editing, creating graphics, building DVDs and compressing videos for the web.I have years of experience managing budgets and crews and I am very comfortable working on multiple projects at one time. I have strong leadership qualities which allow me to bring together members of a production team in order to achieve specific goals under tight deadlines. I am self-motivated and have extensive knowledge of video production software and equipment. My software expertise includes: Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop as well as many other programs in the Adobe Creative Suite.
