About Us Dean Minney is founder and owner of DTV Productions, a full service video production company based in Dallas, TX. This award-winning videographer/ TV photojournalist and editor has 18 years experience in video production and television news. Dean has traveled all over the U.S. as a videographer and field producer for several corporate video productions and news events. Past experience includes working as a photojournalist/ editor for WFAA TV and CBS in Dallas and for Fox in Austin where he was assistant chief photojournalist.Currently he is freelancing for clients such as FOX News Channel, CBS News/Sports, and many other network and independent news and production companies. His wide range of experience also includes directing live television programs as well as talk shows and infomercials.Dean has spent most of his career peering through the lens of a video camera finding the best pictures to tell the most powerful story.
